A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining 70% is due 8 weeks prior to the trip departure date.  If registering through Active.com the full amount is due at time of booking.

Register via mail

1) Call (207) 226-7366 or email hopper@swimvacation.com to check stateroom availability.

2) Print out the reservation form, fill it out,  and email a copy to hopper@swimvacation.com or mail a copy to: SwimVacation, P.O. Box 40, Bath, ME 04530.

3) Pay your 30% deposit.  Mail a check, made out to SwimVacation, with the completed reservation form to SwimVacation at the address above.

     Once you have made a deposit, we will send you a trip information package that will contain your itinerary
    and pre-trip planning recommendations. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.  

4) At least 8 weeks prior to the trip, submit the remaining 70%.

Airfare Reimbursement Offer:
Airfare to be reimbursed by SwimVacation for any fully-paid reservation for SwimVacation's December 7-13, 2008 trip only. Customer is responsible for booking air travel. Customer must produce receipt for airfare to SwimVacation, at which time holder will be reimbursed the amount of air travel, not to exceed $350.00. SwimVacation will also reimburse up to $350.00 for customers who use frequent flier miles. If holder cancels reservation, deposit will be retained as per terms and conditions published at www.swimvacation.com, and full amount of reimbursed airfare shall be returned to SwimVacation.
