Wednesday cave is the way.

Oh dear…it’s been such a full day and evening that it’s already Thursday and I have not told you about Wednesday.

I’m going to give you the abbreviated version and let the photos do most of the talking. We started with a two hour motor sail at first light. The sky was so pretty and pink. Jason moved us from Skopelos allllll the way up to the northeastern shore of Alonossos for our epic Cave Alley swim. A few more caves than last week even, this cave-stravaganza did not disappoint. Over two hours we were in the water. Just spectacular.

We moved just a little south - dolphins playing in the bow wake of a big Superstar ferry made us squeal -  to one of our favorite little coves with the secret beach and The Shelf. Here we swam and bobbed and got under and back out of this amazing stone feature, complete with skylight. So good.

A little vid of some highlights with music by my boy Finn Weafer xo

We moved around the corner to get on the dock for our dinner ashore evening. At about 630 we headed up the mountain via taxi to the restaurant high on the hill called The Castle. The views. The views! And the cheese and the meats and the dips and the vegetables. All of it. Amazing.

A little shopping on the way down and a gelato palette cleanser and we called it a night. I hung around in the hallway talking to Kevin and Jane about life and love and Greg the Guinea Pig and all the things that matter most. I love getting to know the people that travel with us so well.

Then we had a crew powwow about tomorrow, and I am currently snuggling with a stuffed sardine that Simon bought. I commandeered it for this purpose.
Say goodnight, sardine.
